It is not the products we sell that gained us mileage of trust and loyalty from our clients, but the customer service dedication and the knowledge we have on and in the products we sell. Elite Crushers & Hydraulics aspires to be recognised as an upcoming citizen provider and supplier (in Botswana) for High quality Mining and quarrying products at a fair value to client. We equally aim to create a reputation reliable hardware, machinery and related products supplier in Botswana. Our mission is to provide high quality and sound technical advice all range of mining equipment to enable informed decision making in choosing a reliable product for every one of our clients. We always aim to understand our client’s priorities and objectives so that we can better advise client beyond just the supply of machinery and hardware supplies. We also aim to help small upcoming mining companies through providing free or subsidized product knowledge and advise in mining machinery, hardware supplies and how to handle the machinery for effective production or mining. We further aim in providing economically viable machinery and services to all mining, quarry and other related fields and that can only be done by engaging well reliable and major manufactures of the proposed equipments. We also aspire to be the ambassadors of the quality, economic friendly equipments/machinery relayed by the manufacturers of such machinery
We have few branded company vehicles to run around and satisfy customer needs and to attend to any emergency situation and to provide support to clients. We have full operational workshop were we service minor engineering equipments or machinery and were we refurbish certain products brought in by client to keep them in a good and workable state.
We provide quarterly reports to our suppliers or principal sales and on matters which are to be improved in the machinery supplied to enable our manufacturers or suppliers to be the best manufactures free from any error in order to satisfy the market and our clients. We further carry out product knowledge induction in order to train and alert our clients on already supplied machinery and available products which client may use for effective production in their industry. We also are available to offer seminars on recent developments on the new machinery or updated machinery as per our suppliers, principals or manufacturers.
Elite Crushers & Hydraulics has a network of computers where all information in the staff desktops and laptops is shared. For the proper execution of the Business and the intended outcome of the business and Disaster recovery, we back up all our clients’ information in external hard drives and hard copies in case of systems failures. We also send our employees for training at relevant stakeholders and the manufacturers of the machinery and products we supply. The reason is to equip our employees with product knowledge of our products/machinery. This is very important for a business, in the event that the company loses some of its best employees. We do not want the knowledge to be vested only on a particular individual and end up losing such an individual, which will be a loss to the business and its operation. We further perform drills on safety of the employees to equip them of the means of protection to them and our clients, especially when they are on sites as they are required to attend to most mining and quarry sites for products testing and complaints by clients.
We further train our own engineers. We send few of our employees to at least concentrate on servicing the equipments supplied as per the standard of our manufacture. The said employees are required to take refresher courses of servicing the machinery supplied every year. This can only be done at the consent of the main manufacturer and the training shall be done by the manufacturer of the product to assist client supplied with the machinery in the event of an emergency. We do not supply and wash off our hands on what we have supplied. We supply and attend to all client’s complaints thus building a future reference and continuity of the business. This also helps in reducing the loss to clients who experience faults during productions.
